Meet Sharon
Marshmallow Delight began in 2019. What started with handcrafted marshmallows has grown into a collection that brings together gourmet creations, nostalgic Australian favourites and the Scottish sweets I remember and love. Everything is handcrafted in Victoria's Central Highlands, from marshmallows and Mallow Logs to the nostalgic Nougat Wafers in my Highland Collection. I love developing new ideas, creating something a little different and seeing where Marshmallow Delight goes next.

How do I place an order?
Shop our available range through our online store. For custom orders, events, corporate gifting or something a little different, simply send us an enquiry.
How far ahead should I order?
Please allow at least 3 business days for standard orders, plus delivery time. For custom orders, events and larger quantities, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible.
Where are your sweets made?
Everything is handcrafted in small batches in Victoria's Central Highlands.
How should I store my marshmallows?
Keep them sealed in their packaging in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate them.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer free local Ballarat delivery and selected products can also be sent by Australia Post. Shipping availability is shown when ordering online.
